Someone once said
"think of ten impossible things
before breakfast"
but I never eat breakfast
so everything's possible
and today is a day
when your senses can't be alone
you need it all, the
sights, sounds, smells,
your nose paints the picture
of what you hear
and what you find when you're all done
is that fish turn into cats after they're caught
as you eat raw salmon
and the hare stole your watch
when you have to get up
the bell's rung thrice
but you can't tell,
is that bell out there
or in your head?
and you run the vile race reserved for rat kings
then complain life is moving too fast
and you soon need a laxative

Two seemingly insignificant Beings
come together to form some kind of meaning
and soon, the world is changed--
because their world is changed
and--in truth--that's all we really have
our own Reality
so that when one world changes--
the whole world changes,

We are waiting for something that will not happen.
We are stretching for something that is out of reach.
We are holding onto our obsolete hopes, the small fragments of our lives
so closely, we cannot see the bigger picture
of eternity.
In a paradox, God is calling you clearly,
but we can't seem to hear His voice--
only the silence ri
i crave your touch.
[i still do, after all this time.]
i crave your fingers on my mouth,
your mouth whispering in my ear,
your ear pressed to my heart.
i crave the weight of you, reassuringly corporeal.
i drift away without you anchoring me.
you take my heart, when you leave,
and leave in its place an
unbearable lightness.
